Egypt 4 is way harder than Hogs 1 and 3. I haven't done Pandoras, but I don't think any of those canyons compare with E4 in difficulty.
Since you are skinny and a good canyoneer, you may enjoy E4. I remember that we couldn't wait to get out. That was more than 24 years ago however, and I couldn't do it now. Have fun and good luck!Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

I haven't done E4 myself but I know several people who have. I do know that it is a solid X canyon and not comparable to anything else you mentioned.

There are silos with big exposure and don't have any way around but through them. I'm not tall either at 5'7" but you have to find the right level if you want to avoid full body bridges. Also a serious up climb that is likely the crux. I would test out some R's before you jump into a X canyon. I also agree with the others that the canyons you mentioned don't compare.
