That was 20 years ago and we've kept in touch. She recently got married (first time at age 54) to a guy that she's been with for 8 years. I asked her if she still pulls the "going to bed early trick" to avoid sex and she said "You know it!".

I kinda feel sorry for the guy but I reckon he knows what he's gotten into.

This sounds strangely familiar to a former boss of mine, he married a woman, it was his second but her first, she was around that age. Northern Utah perhaps? Woods Cross area?

Nope...they're both here in Colorado.

Last time I talked to her was about a year before she got married. I said "Wow, you've been with Don a long time"...I was surprised by that because he's not very athletic. He'll hike and bike with her, but she can leave him in the dust. She would churn through boyfriends and always went for the alpha male type.

She said, "Y'know Byron, I always thought the guy for me would be someone I'd play with...that he'd have to be a very outdoorsy, athletic guy...but it turns out that wasn't so important after all".

Funny how the ingredients that we think are necessary (like sex and intimacy, for example) may not be necessary at all. You never can tell who you'll love and who you won't.

Personally, I can't do without genuine intimacy...it's critical. It strengthens the bond. Until, of course...some rather insignificant dealbreaker comes along and then all that gooey love snuggle yum yum stuff goes right out the window.

Does anyone else find it strange that an 18 year old chick can have sex with five dudes on camera but she can't buy a cigarette to smoke when she's finished?!?

Tobacco is nasty...It doesn't bother me that they've raise the age to purchase. Did you know that tobacco was unknown to Europe before Christopher Columbus? He brought it back with him and people got addicted real quick...the Church tried to outlaw it because they saw the smoke from the "cigars" people were smoking as evil. The origins of tobacco...I never knew that until recently.

In regards to the girl...funny how if it's "filmed" it's legal even though she's being paid...yet prostitution is against the law. There's an oxymoron if there ever was one.
