Ha! That's the oldest trick in the book. Thousands of years ago some caveman figured it out...when you aren't getting what you want, play on the guilt.

It's hard sometimes to say "no". I'm running my own business, so I'm programmed to say "yes" to accommodate the client. When you get a bit older though, you figure out that when it's time to bring down the hammer, you just do it.
