    Devil's Garden-Arches

So, I'm a couple of weeks late in posting this, but I went down to Arches to hit Devil's Garden and it was an awesome winter excursion! I did the whole loop and was able to easily drive down from Utah County, hike, and then drive back in a day. I just wanted a little break in the middle of the hectic holiday season and this was perfect.

The beginning of the hike was a little crowded until the path shot off to Dark Angel, and then I was alone pretty much the rest of the way. The hike was well marked with cairns and besides a few places where you have to scramble was fairly easy.

Overall, an awesome beautiful hike, with tons of gorgeous arches, and well worth the trip. I was planning on hiking to delicate arch after but, because it was dark, and there was a lot of ice, I decided to go back another day. I had already been, so I didn't feel like I was missing too much.
