    Is Trump's proposal constitutional?

Stopping all muslims from known terrorist countries from entering the United States, until a system can be implemented to accurately vet these people.

    Heres US Code:

(f)Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by PresidentWhenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

Love him or hate him.... I really wouldn't spend too much time debating anything Trump says as there is no way in hell he will ever be elected president. He has offend far to many minority groups to ever get the votes needed.

So.... the GOP had better get their shit together or we'll end up with Hillary by default.

No, but it isn't unconstitutional either. It is neither since the Constitution only applies to US citizens.

My own thoughts about the Syrian Refugees is that while most Islamic immigrants are peaceful, mass immigration definitely could (and almost certainly will) increase the risk of terrorism in the United States. Unfortunately though, the United States is partly at fault for some of the wars over there (the Syrian War is a spillover from Iraq), so from a moral standpoint, I don't know if it would be right to completely turn our backs on every single person that was harmed by our actions.

The crux of the situation is that it is difficult to tell which immigrants are here to escape the bloodshed (either by Assad or Islamic Extremists) and which ones might be here to harm us. It is likely that only a very small percentage of immigrants want to harm the US, but I don't think it will be easy to tell which ones.

I've always thought she was very un-electable. Until now.

Unbelievable. Honestly, the office is ripe for the taking. Someone moderate and reasonable. Where's Huntsman when you need him (best non-Republican Governor Utah's had in a long time...ha ha)?

    Crazy American politics...stay tuned!
