    Moab

Took my daughter and a couple of her college friends to Moab a few weeks ago. I've decided I've got to learn how to edit gopro videos. First try at editing.

Nice Mark! I'm envious of your Jeep. Looks like a fun ride.

I assume that's Lomatium Canyon in the first part of the vid, if so, the part where its tight and you are up-climbing...I don't recall that at all. We must of took a different (and perhaps easier?) route up to the top. (Unless that is towards Krill Canyon which I haven't done yet).

First time they had ever been to Moab. They thought we were just going hiking and driving around on dirt roads.

Loved the video Mark. Looks like a very fun intro to the area.

Moab Rim brings back some good memories. I too, had never been to Moab before, and my buddy from work told me he was going to Moab for the Jeep Safari and he thought I should take my nearly bone stock '78 Bronco (I did have a Detroit Locker in the rear end at the time). That was back before the days of signing up for trails during the week before Big Saturday, you just showed up and got in line. The trail we got in line for was the Moab Rim. I'll never forget looking up at the first obstacle (Devil's Crack?) and couldn't believe a vehicle could drive up that! Needless to say, I was hooked and spent the next 7 or 8 years with the Red Rock 4-Wheelers playing on the trails in the area.
