    [Drone Video] Wheeler Canyon clip

Just a little clip I made from tonight's ride with the drone. Not much, just a li'l clip. I've got to build into this thing step by step.

With all this practice, I'm excited to see what kind of awesome canyoneering footage you get!

Thanks, I've got a long way to go though. I never thought this would be such a complicated method to perfect!

I went up to Art Nord today to just shoot around, on the old Snowbasin road and at the top of Wheeler Canyon. Just a few sequences, testing stuff out.

I reduced the amount of propellers I get in the frame by taking the GoPro out of Wide mode and going to Medium. I might go all the way to Narrow and I'll probably completely remove it, or I can just tilt the camera down a bit.

Nothing fancy, just a few sequences for reference.

Oh and at the end, I'm using the Follow Me mode as it's following me in the Highlander. I'm becoming less of a fan of this feature. Unless you are going in a straight path, it seems to produce jerky motions as it repositions to follow you. I think either planned missions, or manual flying to capture somebody in the frame, are the way to go.
