Backpacking-size Spices & Containers
I have never carried spices backpacking with me as everything is usually made beforehand. But this last year and this upcoming one had me experimenting with a handful of food spices.
What spices do you carry and what containers do you use?
I have seen the a dozen spices in one bottle thing, but its almost too big and too much spice. I'm just cooking for myself and a girl.
Also, what do you use to carry hotsauce? I love salsa and Chulula sauce. I could down-size into smaller bottles but before I get too obsessed with this idea, I thought I would ask and get a few ideas brewing in my head.

I know a little about spices and a lot about girls-
If you want things to get really spicy with the girl, then just put a little spice on your food.
If you don't want things to get that spicy with the girl, then put a LOT of spice on your food.
That's pretty much all I know about eating spicy food around girls. Hope this helps.
