Capitol Reef North District Terra Incog? Anyone been there?

Looking for info on hiking the South and Middle Deserts, Deep Creek, Water Canyon, etc. Seems no one goes there. Google Earth and Topos show significant potential for water.
Chime in if you have any ideas.

It might be worth contacting Hondoo Rivers & Trails in Torrey. Years ago they were very helpful to me.

I've poked around those canyons, several years ago. The canyons are deep and fairly interesting, but no slots (which is why I haven't been back in recent years). There isn't as much water as the maps indicated, but that was during a drought period.

Hello Scott,
Since I drive a Civic, I figure I'll never see all the "Cathedrals and Temples" unless I hike to them. Thinking of a loop from the Hwy up South Desert, through the Reef, and back down Spring Canyon. Water is truly the concern. Notch, Ring Water, and Water Canyon S Fk all show water on various historical Google Earth Images. I'll talk to the Ranger Sta and see if they say it is a dumb idea.
