FKTs?
I've been doing a lot of trail running lately and I really enjoy reading through the Fastest Known Times (FKTs) of my favorite trails. Does anyone have a list of FKTs for canyons? I think that, especially for some of the canyons with very few rappels, like the North Wash, there could be some fun competition involved in going for FKTs. Any information out there?

FKTs?
The only times that I'm aware of are from a backcountry ranger in Zion who said to me that the fastest time car to car in Keyhole was 15mins.
And he said that Pinecreek Canyon was 31 or 32 mins from car to car done by two people of the French family (probably related to the ones here on Bogley?)
I would think that speed would introduce more accidents to canyoneering. But thankfully, most people that I have seen take their time.
But hey, I'm all for it.
Oh...I almost forgot the Irish Jihad. 7 canyons in less than 24 hours.
I can't recall exactly but wasn't that time for the fastest around 14 or 15 hours?●Canyoneering 'Canyon Conditions' @ www.candition.com

I just remembered one that a friend and I did back in 2009.
Moab: U-turn (50min car to car), Dragonfly Canyon (3 hrs), 3 rappels off Corona Arch (3 hrs), Cameltoe Canyon (3 hrs), dinner with the Bogley Moabfest Crew (45mins to 1hr), and a movie of X-men Origins in that Moab theater (2 hrs)......all under 14hrs including driving time... :)
Now that was a full and entertaining day. :)●Canyoneering 'Canyon Conditions' @ www.candition.com
