    When in doubt, sprinkle it over a nice plate of spaghetti and meatballs and give it a taste.
    It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

    I don't know what it is, but it is certainly not parsley.
    Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

    Regular Parsley is more upright and not low on the ground. Maybe it's Indian Parsley??

    To me it looks likea Barestem Biscuitroot which is known by some as "wild celery" or in latin (Lomatium nudicaule)
