Middle Fork Lytle Creek - 3BIII
Middle Fork Lytle Creek - 3BIII
On father's day; three fathers, 2 kids, and one bachelor went down the middle fork of Lytle Creek. Rated one of the best canyons in So Cal. I have to agree.
An approximate 3 mile hike to the decent.
Dropping down involved some dirt skiing in which some did better than most!
The first rappel is about 40ft. And quite beautiful. Picture of the fathers getting their little ones all geared up.
Daughter
And Father
Father and Son on the 130ft Rappel. A beautiful rap that everyone did great on!
The next three rappels were down a 70ft, then 80ft, then 105ft. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstance no pictures or videos were taken of these events. Next time!
On our way out nearing dusk we were treated to some beautiful laminar clouds
The entire Father's Day crew after a long day in the canyon.
Video of the first falls.
