Totally off subject but is that a sleeve on the rope in the picture? What type of block is that?

  4. #3
I'm guessing its just a marker showing the halfway point of the rope. As for the block, if you look close its just a standard biner block where the carabiner is lining up parallel to the rapide.

Yea when you look on a computer that is what it is. On my phone looked like the biner was clipped to the webbing.

    Good guess, TommyBoy!
The rope is a Bluewater Canyon Extreme center marked with a Rub-a-Dub laundry Sharpie (the manufacturer recommended marker).
Just a standard biner block that looks funny because the biner has rotated parallel to the rapide.
We are OPEN by the way- just having to take orders by phone.
    Thanks!

And they are quick and responsive! I ordered a CRITR, late Sunday night, and it arrived in Texas the following Thursday, and the shipping was incredibly inexpensive ($2.07). Now if I can only find some canyons nearby . . .
