Parunuweep, Rock Canyon, and Misery Canyon
I've been pondering this trip for a while. Jeep to Rock Canyon, Down Rock Canyon, Overnight somewhere in Parunuweep, Down Parunuweep, Fat Fat Man's Misery, Back up Parunuweep to rock canyon to collect the jeep and drive out. I was wondering is this logistically possible? Is there feasible camping along this stretch of Parunuweep? What is the upstream hiking like in this section of the canyon? Is there a best time of year to do this? Thanks in advance.

Totally do-able. Tom has a very good writeup on Rock Canyon here:

I think there are actually a few good camping spots near the Rock Canyon junction with the river, so if you're thinking of making this an overnighter, you might consider rambling up Mineral Gulch on your first day. Camp overnight @ Rock Canyon. Next day, hike down the Barracks/Misery Canyon and then take Tom's suggested exit via "French Canyon". From there you can hike back along the ATV road you probably drove in to get back to your jeep.
Flow rates are really good right now (below 40cfm)

Funny you post this. We just did this loop this weekend.
Camped at head of Rock
Down Barracks
Exited Fat Man's and hiked about half way to Fat Man's entrance
Camped
Finish hiking to fat mans
Down Fat Man's
Up Barracks
Exit at French and back to Cars
19.8 miles
6000' of elevation change
I will be doing a TR on it shortly

I've done down Misery, up The Barracks (Parunuweap) and out Rock canyon many times. Hiking up Parunuweap is not an issue.
The beta for the above route is here: http://climb-utah.com/Zion/misery1.htm
Doing the route you suggest I'd probably camp at French Canyon.
Hiking up Parunuweap looks mostly like this.
There is one minor obstacle in Parunuweap that looks like this, which is basically a little easy scrambling and some chest deep wading.
Here is a poor picture of the obstacle, how to defeat the obstacle is here: http://climb-utah.com/Zion/parunuweap1.htm

There were two really established camping areas just below where poverty enters the river. It's only 2 hours down rock and then 2 hours to French. Wasn't that big of a deal to continue on. There are lots places that could be used to camp along the way.
The waterfall obstacle was only chest deep like the pics and not a big deal. There is also a bypass through a little crack that Tom had posted up, but it is harder and slower. Prob only good for cold weather conditions
