Did Imlay Sneak (Left Route) Thursday. Trip report to follow. Water conditions were cold, but our group of 4 stayed warm - 1 in drysuit, 3 in 7 mm wetsuits (farmer john and jacket w/ 5mm neoprene socks). No major pothole escapes (other than beach whale and partner assists). Lots of log jams, award starts - start wars area was nasty. End of that section was 20 foot logjam and climbing up was like taking your life in your hands - literally had logs falling all over the place trying to get up. 2nd narrows section was colder (we did not get cold however). Technical section took 6 hours (1st time through for 3 of 4 of us). Super fun, but pretty demanding even in "higher" water conditions.
