    Hey Bogley,
I have been very busying creating two new pages about the Mormon Row barns...or to be specific...the two Moulton Barns. Sue Ernisse supplied with me with some AMAZING photos of the barns taken by her father in 1963 to 1965 while they were out here on summer vacation. Better yet, she added comments in her own words about her experiences here during that time. The second page is a collection of photos taken by myself of the barns over quite a few years, times of the day, and from a lot of angles. With warmer weather on the horizon, the road across Antelope Flats should be open again and we can all enjoy the area again.

I hope you enjoy these two pages. There's a lot of history in them!

The photos are wonderful enough, but Sue's comments make the page sing!

I like the innocence of the comments

EXCELLENT POST. I love that place. I know the Moulton family personally and I have stayed at the Moulton homestead several times. I even painted the inside of the "other" barn on the Moulton property proper for an anniversary several years ago. What I painted was a very large wall so they could show the movie "Shane". There was nothing quite like watching the movie "Shane" knowing just outside the barn was the Tetons. I have a photo of my daughter (somewhere) sitting on the rail fence with a heard of buffalo in on the other side of the fence. Good memories.

Your photos are spectacular of that spot. I particularly liked the varied seasonal shots.

    Thanks for posting.

I just remembered on other funny story. Several years ago, my wife, who had just announced her pregnancy of our third child asked my oldest daughter who was about 4-5 years old what we should name the new baby. Without missing a beat, my daughter blurted out, "Baby Sister Moulton"! Yep, we loved the Moultons.
