Vermilion Creek
Last weekend we explored Vermilion Creek which is just outside Dinosaur National Monument.
It has some of the best petroglyphs in the region. The big figure is life sized.
Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

I like this site too, the big figure is impressive even if we have to look at it from the other side of the canyon and the bug figures are very unusual.
When I visited this place almost 10 years ago, an authorisation from the BLM in Craig was mandatory to get there but maybe it is not mandatory anymore.
