Grand Gulch next week

Hi!

My brother and I have a permit for six nights in the Grand Gulch starting this coming Saturday. We are putting in at Bullet Canyon and exiting at the Government Trail. We are going to try to get to the ranger station early to see if there are any walk-up permits to enter at Kane Gulch. I have two questions:

1) Has anyone been in that area recently to report on water availability?

2) Is anyone else planning a trip in this area and interested in coordinating a car shuttle?
