    Why Alta doesn't allow snowboarders

    nothing new or mindblowing in the first video.

    on the second video, the word discrimination is loaded to evoke a visceral reaction. of course people aren't discriminated against. they are just not permitted to use a certain mode of snow sliding. and discrimination means treated unfairly but this has been determined to be a fair business decision by a company irrespective of whether or not it's on national forest land. (it's been challenged before and upheld.) of course it's everyone's right to speak their mind about it and continue to challenge it.

    no comment on the comments in the second video ...but it goes without saying everyone's got an opinion.
