New Ruin Videos From Northern Arizona
Hello All. I have been busy enjoying our near perfect winter weather here near Sedona, Arizona and toying with the GoPro A lot. I have posted Pic's in the past of Robber's Roost and wanted to make a video. Here is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy. http://youtu.be/CTvNi8cd6pE
I had a chance to revisit this backcountry gem last weekend. It sure makes the 12.5 mile 4wd road in and out worth it when you arrive at the final destination. One very cool place. http://youtu.be/me18UCmbN6E
Don't know if I got these on here right but I am sure Sombeech will let me know.Always remember that while traveling, A Tall Leggy Blonde is much better than a group of Gaseous chums! OZ....

poor choice of soundtrack
Youtube video compression renders a truly lousy video

I'll have to agree with kiwi_outdoors, I had to shut off the audio in ~ 5 sec . Sorry. The video quality wasn't too bad once I got it up to HD but there is a lot of artifacting off and on, and I'm not a fan of GoPro UWA shots from ground level with their huge fisheye distortions . It looks like a nice place to visit though; thanks for sharing !

Did you know that you can change the quality of the video you are watching?
The YouTube default is crappy (360p), but if you click the little setting button on the bottom right corner of the video you can select a much better quality of video to view (in this case 1080p).
The video appears a little jerky, which I will guess is the computer/software that is being used to produce the video, or the memory card used in the GoPro. Something needs to have a little faster ability.
FWIW: I embedded your video's in your original post.
To embed the video directly into Bogley here is the code:
{video}https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTvNi8cd6pE{/video}
Just replace the { } brackets with [ ]
Which will look like this:
Thanks for sharing the video's.

Such a cool ruin. Interesting how different the terrains is compared to Cedar Mesa in Utah.
We must go forward, even if we can't!
