odd question re Todd Martin's Grand Canyoneering !!
Quick question if anyone can satisfy my curiosity.
My sister gave me Todd Martin's Grand Canyoneering book (1st edition 2011) for Christmas, but strangely just the last page - containing pages 499 and on the other side 500, after the index - had been torn out by someone without her knowing, which has left me intrigued to know what was so special about them
Perhaps it was some Beta or a map they wanted, but from a tiny corner left it may just have been 2 full-page photos - in which case does anyone have the book and know what they're of that is so amazing in a book full of nice pictures?
(or can they take a quick pick on their smartphone and stick it on here!)

That's where all the secret stuff was detailed..... ROFLMAO
Page 499 has a color picture of Mooney Falls, which is what I'm guessing was really taken.
Page 500 has a short "about the author" section.
Nothing missing that is of any real value in the way of beta.

ha, ha. Thanks Iceaxe. Weird that they ripped out a fairly well-known image that's dead easy to hike to in a book full of remote places! Maybe they framed it..
Bit of a disappointment - I thought it might be one of the most amazing canyoneering photos around!
