Cherry Canyon 11/12/13

It was a good time of the year to head down to the Virgin Gorge again. By all the green trees and bushes one would never guess you were in the gorge that looks so desolate when passing through. Brian Davidson, John Z from Zion Adventure and now Nama Guides and his son Mossimo, Lance, Eric and Loree joined me for the 1200' climb to the entrance of Cherry. After the chilly crossing of the Virgin River and stashing the sandals we were on our way. The canyon was in great condition, the leaves still all on the trees, the temps were great and we had a great day with no issues whatsoever
