    The Cottonwood Heights chief of police said during a phone interview that officers do not have a ticket quota, but rather a performance standard of three tickets per week
    Is the chief of police an elected position? Because this sounds a lot like what our elected "representatives" say every day. "It's not an 800 pound elephant, it's actually a descendant of the noble mastodon." Same thing, dick weed. Sounds like yet another reason to stay out of Cottonwood Heights. I'm pretty nihilistic about any change coming out of the government there.
    Just where is it I could find bear, beaver, and other critters worth cash money when skint?
