Attempt to teach my sister how to go off-road in the truck she just bought. This will prove interesting and possibly entertaining, she seemed concerned when I asked her if she knew how to access her spare tire and change it should it be needed

The Madre is coming down from Boise to watch the BSU/UW game. She'll most likely bring a case of Alaskan Amber so Sunday might be a bit rough. There also might be a possible quick trip up to the Uintas on Monday before the weather gets to much cooler. Rather than that, kind of a kick back weekend.

I just came back from Joes Valley Reservoir. 4Wheeling the muddy mountain around Skyline drive and Potters Ponds and knocking the fish dead at Pete's hole. We had a great fish fry on Saturday; rainbow trout were delish!

We left a day early because the weather just turned horrible. The trails were so rutted up and muddy that even in 4Lo on the ATV, we were struggling to make forward progress and I didn't want to further contribute to destroying the trails.

Paddled the canoe around Causey and harassed some spawning Kokanee. Had the place to ourselves. Beautiful evening.

I worked my ass off but made two grand...which will pay for the airfare and rental car for my two month vacation in Hawaii in the middle of winter. Sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good.
