Rear Break Adjustment on these Austri bikes

From day one this has been driving me nuts.

When I'm shittin and gettin in the washes?
And Anywhere it seems I have to take my foot off the peg to work the rear break.
Not good in the breaking bumps and accelleratiting bumps for sure.
Is it set to high?

I want to ride foot on peg with some good control over my rear break. Not to hard and not to soft.
I want to skid when needed and break down were needed.

Please help the noobie fool

A little insight:
Have had my foot break set at level to foot peg with no threads showing under at plunger adjustment double nuts on the swivel eye bolt.

If I can get it right for standing I sure can reach it sitting down but everytime I try something new it either locks up or won't break hard enough.

All Katoom's come set really high. I adjusted my Husa and its still not low enough, which cause me to ride the brake at times and heat it up. My Dad bent his lever down somehow on his 625. There is a sweet spot though that can be obtained through adjustment. I had my 530 dialed...

I'm getting closer but? My new boots through a dbl whammy on me recently one size bigger than the norm.
Messed with it a bit tonight and we will see.

These buggers just seem like they are way out there compared to Jap bikes and I know it's just in my head. But the pegs sit so much different it's hard to dial in.

If it's anything like the handle bars it will take me another year.
They don't work well while sitting on your ass but great for standing.

BUT still within reach for Meq. hill climbing.

I just want to get it right for standing breaking and not fall off that peg or sitting or stutter bumps before and aft.
