    I know I will be in the super minority if not the only one here to disagree with this.

    The last thing Joshua Tree needs is more bolts.

    I can't tell you how many climbs, where natural anchors are possible, lazy top ropers are bolting a fixed anchor up top. Climbs that have been climbed both lead and top roped safely with traditional equipment are recently seeing bolts added.

    I really really hope the parks use this new authoirztion very conservatively.

    Frustrating.

    Yes, I know I am the only one that thinks this. I'm starting to feel like the old guy wishing things were like they used to be...
