It's a really long road, so which part are you headed for?
The best campsites along the entire road are at Cottonwood Wash, either right where it crosses the road are farther up the side road that crosses the wash.Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

The ones in Cottonwood Wash are somewhat protected by trees.
Last time we were there during extreme winds, we actually set up the tent in the culvert pipe that goes under the road at Burro Wash (which wouldn't work if it was going to rain!), but if the winds aren't extreme, it isn't the ideal place to camp.Utah is a very special and unique place.
