    Need a new rain shell

Hopefully this is the right place for this thread.

I'm on the market for a new shell and I'm having a terrible time finding one that fits what I want. I'm looking for the following, in order of importance:

    - pit zips and elastic cuffs
    - fixed hood that can be cinched down
    - 12-13 oz max
    - chest pocket

To be clear, the chest pocket is really the only one I'm willing to budge much on. I would go heavier, but it seems that 13 oz is kinda the barrier between jacket categories from what I've seen. Lighter is the UL world, heavier is the mainstream/gadget world. If anybody has any ideas I'd really appreciate it, I can't figure out why the industry just doesn't seem to make anything like this. The OR Foray is the closest thing I've found (combo elastic/velcro cuffs) but it's $200 and a little heavy (I think just because it's Goretex, and I'm looking for a more modern fabric [at least one site specified it is Goretex Paclite but it was still a little heavy and expensive]). It has been really frustrating to repeatedly think I've found what I want, only to realize what I'm looking at is a softshell. My last two shells were the Golite Virga and Tumalo, and having a chest pocket and a more functional hood were my only complaints about those.

Oh, I'm looking to spend no more than $150 or so. Size L, prefer black.
