now that I am back with the crowd, looks like the stupids are growing like tamarisk.......just sad to see future widows and childs whithout fathers, but yeah stupidity and obtuseness is running real high now days in the canyons community!!!
and when I bitch them about it....they get upset at me.

and the crazy thing seems as soon as you write "expert only" they flock to it like crazy!!!! Like flyes on shit!!!

Hey I'm proud to say I'm a rap n swim kiddie canyoneer!!
But seriously just remember, we are all ignorant of what we don't know. Having been ocean lifeguard for a long time I have realized that most people are not stupid just ignorant of the power of the ocean. Same principle applies to the wilderness.

like people that get too close to reef when there are high waves and get trap in and do not know you have to swim away of the reef or you get hamburger smashed at the rocks?
I knew that when I was 4 years old and grew up in Sardegna!
and as kids we were not allowed to swim after lunch!!!!! (called:congestione sanguigna)

ok lets called them: IGNORANT OF THE POWER OF THE CANYONS!!!

we have many people that die in summer because of that.(ps the cheating way is to stay in low water for a while to let the blood vessel adapt and after swim away of shore when the body is accustomed to the temp )
