Canyonlands hiking over New Years
Wife and I have planned a trip to the Needles over 5 days for New Years. We were thinking these are must sees:
Chesler Park, Druid Arch, Devil's Kitchen, and the Joints
Would anyone recommend anything else?
Would a side trip to Arches be worth it, or should we save that for another trip by itself? If we would do Arches we would want to do Elephant Butte and Ice would concern us.

Re: Canyonlands hiking over New Years
I've done EB at least a dozen times in winter and never had an issue with snow or ice. But if there is snow on the ground the route is a no go.
