I predict this is headed straight to the Basement ala Environmental Issues. I also predict Agenda 21 won't get off the ground until...well forever. We can't even ratify the Kyoto Protocol, let alone enact something as massive and all encompassing as A21. The USA is run not by congress, nor the president, but by lobbyists with endless power and money.

A21 was conceived in 1992, and I just barely heard about it when I opened this thread. Doesn't seem so menacing.
