10/22/12 - Great White Icicle
This is a older TR, seeing as this is November, but we were privileged to have Utah Filmmaker Trevor Parker accompany us on our 4th annual Great White Icicle descent.
We had a party of 10, and we hauled up a 420 ft rope up with us too so we combined 3 rappels into 1. So the entire route turned into 3 rappels instead of 5 or 6.
It took us about 4hours with 10 from car to car.
Enjoy the GREAT video edit by Trevor.

Nice! That is a great route... but, 420 feet of rope? Fun to pull down I'm sure.

Thanks guys!
The rope pull was actually very easy. The granite gorge is very open so snags or weight of the rope aren't a issue. But if they were...a handled ascender to pull it down makes it 10x easier.●Canyoneering 'Canyon Conditions' @ www.candition.com

Sweet video! It's unusual to see your friend Jeff not at the end of a trecking pole. Now I have to go and check out the description for this one. Looks fun!
