FWIW, the flood in the video isn't flowing through Fat Man's Misery. It's flowing through Parunuweap Canyon near the exit of Fat Man's Misery.
Good call waiting it out, although I suppose there weren't any other options. Thanks for posting the video, it's really impressive. We went through the day after a heavy rainstorm and we thought the water was quite high; but it was only half as high as the water in the video.THE MOST TALKED ABOUT CANYONEERING TRIP OF 2017 - WEST CANYON VIA HELICOPTER.
