    Canoe and aquatic hitch hikers

I am borrowing a canoe from a friend to take to Scofield this weekend but I was wondering what the rules are for launching a canoe. Do I need to have a tag, or any thing else so I dont spread anything to the water?

I cant find anything online yet and thought you guys would know. It does not have a motor if that matters.

Sounds fun. Looks like canoes do not need to be registered in Utah.

The only critters that I'm aware of that are carried on watercraft are Quagga and Zebra Mussels. Here's what the DWR has to say:

    Good luck.
