Kanarra Creep Camping Areas
Just wanted to throw this up here. A friend of mine is taking a bunch of scouts up to hike Kanarra Creek this weekend and wanted to know if there were any good free or cheaper camp sites that would be good for a group of about 10 to 12. I heard there was a good one up by the base of pine mountain on the I-15 side west of leeds. Just got a text from a friend saying it is called Oak Grove if any of you have heard of it, Any suggestions would be great, Thanks a bunch.
Kinda of last min. plans or they would have done a slot in zion like we did last year. I figured Kanarra is a good quiet stroll in warm weather. Thanks.IT ALWAYS LOOKS HIGHER FROM THE TOP!!!!

Take the Browse exit off I 15 just past New Harmony drive toward Pine Valley until you find a spot. If the road is in good shape you can get pretty high up the mountain. Even can see a giant sequoia the pioneers planted. It would be considerably closer than oak.
