    I've been watching here:

Cedar City and Parowan are getting hammered as well.

I wish I was there just to hang out and watch it. This is good because as long as it doesn't dry up too much, there will be a nice fall bloom.

I was just going to post up a new thread on the doplar radar but you beat me to it. It looks nice an heavy with good bands of yellow radar returns. post up some pics if you are there, Those of us outside the park would love to see em. We here in vegas have been getting a lot of flash flood warnings but really the weather has produced minimal rain and lightning, pretty disapointing this monsoon season.

And that's how I didn't end up going through Keyhole for the billionth time. Even before the storm the start of the canyon looked completely full of water. Refilled indeed!

Sick! I've wanted to see flash flood for a while now, I'm jealous.

Yeah sick, Thanks a bunch for the photos. That looks great. I would not want to be in keyhole while flooding even if there is a small flow. Not much room in there. keep em coming.

    Very Nice!
You can't see anything from a car; you've got to get out of the goddamn
contraption and walk, better yet crawl, on hands and knees, over the sandstone
and through the thornbrush and cactus. When traces of blood begin to mark your
trail, you'll see something, maybe. ~Edward Abbey

Just wondering if anyone has done Keyhole with a flow? Looks fun as long as there was not a major downfall on you.

I've done it a few times with a flow and it sure makes keyhole more lively. I have done it in late march as the snow is melting and has a flower rate and approximately 3cfs and it was a riot. A lot of fun! The 2nd rap was probably the "hardest" as the water has a flow that will be on top of you. However, the anchor is in a good location and maneuvering around the falls is fairly easy.

The other time was after a flash flood with very similar circumstances just muddier.

I've done it twice with flow. It was awesome! A highly recommended adventure. It made one of the downclimbs into an awesome waterslide, as I remember.

Yup, the waterslide - fun! That's where people call it the 3rd "rappel". Good stuff. A flowing pinecreek and keyhole are not to be missed in my opinion.
