What games do you enjoy when camping? and the Best Board Game Ever????

My older brother recently launched a board game project on kickstarter and it got me curious....

What types of games do you play when camping? Obviously you are taking in the outdoors and fishing and the like... but during down times or when you are in the tent at night.. do you play cards? Tell stories? Read a book? Listen to Music? or nothing at all?

When you reach the peak of the mountain is there something specific you do just for fun?

Personally (and depending on who I'm hiking with) I always loved taking a game of chess and playing it at night on a peak or near a lake with flashlights. But in the tents we always seem to play a game like Rummy or B.S.

I like a little known card game called Flux. Rules change as you go and there is no learning curve. Anyone can join in and have fun.

I just added that one to my Amazon cart :) Sounds fun.... maybe we will play that one on our next Uinta trip

Best card game ever? HAS to be Killer Bunnies!! Heard about that game on this site and LIKE IT A LOT. If you can carry a chess game to the top of a peak, this should be no problem-lol. Do have to roll dice though.
