    4th of July Weekend Plans?

    Where are you headed and which days are you taking off? Or are you just hanging around in town?

    I am taking Monday and Tuesday off and am headed to Bear Lake, ID. I'll be doing some beach stuff, riding motorcycles and eating raspberry shakes.

    I am taking the entire family (and my mother from Houston, TX) to Kanab until the 4th. We've rented a house on the Western side of town (+4 acres, pool and hot tub) and plan on hitting the North Rim, Lake Powell and Vegas while in the area.

    I will also take my ATV and mountain bikes and hit Hog Canyon and other trails in the area.

    I also have the GPSr loaded up with geocaches that are within 50 miles of Kanab.

    Mostly, I'm hoping to not cook my pumpkin while down south.
