    Throwing crap into a lava lake

    This reminds me of when Letterman would throw crap off or his studio or run things over with a steam roller.

    On several occasions I have been inches away from flowing lava but when I threw rocks at it the rocks would bounce off and when I tried to jab it with a stick it was amazingly "hard". I think it would be fun to experiment with various organic compounds and see what produced the most interesting result.
