So what is in your first aid kit?

I have the usual and I have the what it takes if I break 4-5 ribbs and 4-5 hr ride to get out. LORY and PERKY.
I know some carry blood clot stuffs but while on the subject?

Give me a list of what you carry from Asprin to transpoders. And everything inbetween.

Curious mindless me wants to know.

I do a lot of desert ridding and splints are not available mostly in this country. Not sure how to address this but I need to.
Shock can be a bitch as well and I do carry rain gear but it would not cover very much come to think about it.

I do however always carry a fire stater and knife but now I'm thinking it would be a good idea to carry sutures and supplies for the seriuos stuff.

After all this is a very high risk sport that we love to do.

And it gets funner with the further out we are.
I myself use cheyene pepper powder 90 000 btu for blood clot . Don't laugh it works very well. With a known history of such.

I gave Acca some Ibuprofen the other day that may have been in my kit since the 80's! He didn't die, so it must be fine. Garbonzo took some too... anyone heard from him in a while? hhhmmmm....

I carry one each Loritab and perckiset you know just in case it's a real long ride out.
I figure if I cut them in half I may just stay awake for the ride out to medical help.

Its not me, its the bike

I have a kit in my truck with Sutures, luckily have never needed them. I have seen wound glue and adhesive butterfly bandages that would work as well for a temporary fix if needed.

If you put together a list of essentials I would like to see it.

Mine is just in a ziplock and I know I need to step it up some but I do carry the simple stuff as most do.
Medical tape not duck tape that's in the tool bag.
Butter flies, Tweezers, Cheyene pepper to stop the bleeding,
basic bandages, Neosporin, One upholstry needle and dental floss, some medi wipes, Head lamp.

Need some eye drops, turnicut masterials, gause pads, a spelling bee , Jack Daniels ect.

I do carry my fire starter and the first p38 I ever received ( thanks uncle sam for the memories can you say c-rats) around my neck.
Small pocket knife and sometimes even a back up pair of goggles and because I'm in that learning stage even a pair of extra gloves. You would be suprised at how well the hold the blood flow down.
