Any beta on unknown cliff near Farmington Lake?
I stumbled across Farmington Lake today, and jumped the rock for fun, swam out for a bit, and spotted a probably rotten bunch of rock just above and south of the lake. Does anyone have any beta on this cliff? I have been warned that Davis county climbs are generally choss, dirt, and bird poop. But, maybe... Google shows the coordinates at roughly 40.973564, -111.819448

Anybody have any beta or advice against this stuff?

Looks like a cool little lake. BTW, what's the best alternative to getting up there since Farmington Canyon road is closed?

Best alternate route is skyline drive from the bountiful B.

Bountiful is the only other way up there by vehicle.
As for the beta all I could find was this.

I think the rock only gets worse as you go up the canyon. Take a hike and let us know.

What BB said. It's a long drive, but we were out scouting stuff anyway, just looking for surprises. We found one, and we threw snowballs on the way out. We are loving Utah!

It doesn't appear to be part of the Farmington crag. We may just work on it and make it a TR.

That's a good area! It a easy escape into the mountains where few individuals go. Most stay at the first campground - but the lake area, it's hardly visited.

There is a bunch of cabins back there, behind a locked gate. Google gave be the beta on that. :) I still haven't explored back there much, but it's nice because it's close. I could see Morgan from one trail I was on for a bit.
