I spent anther day in paradise riding my bike in Corner Canyon. Found a new trail just built in the past week called "quail trail". I think I laid down the first tire tracks on the trail. The trail still needs a little work.

I spent part of the day riding mountain bikes with my youngest daughter Sierra in Corner Canyon.... it was awesome.
This perfect mtn biking weather isn't going to last much longer...

What can I say... anther perfect day in paradise. It's nice having such an awesome trail system out you back door.
Last year at this time I was blind in my left eye and the docs didn't know if they could save it. Now I have about 70% of my vision back in the eye so it's extra special seeing the colors still on the trees.

Cedar City to Cedar Breaks NM (Chessmen Ridge Overlook), Oct. 15 2012
Monday (Oct. 15) I rode from Cedar City up to Chessmen Ridge Overlook in Cedar Breaks Nat'l Monument. Yes, it was cold up there!! But I got to check out the newly repaired Hwy 14, and there were some awesome views looking south toward Zion NP.
(sorry, won't let me remove the stray attached image. Also, why did it shrink my photos?)

Todays trip a loop from Pennys to Ophir, to 5 mile pass, to Foust and back to Pennys.. 56 miles...
