Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

1974 in So Cal. Girls bike with the banana seat. Times were tough and so were we! Big ramp for big air. I had a head of red for sure. :D

Is today going to be my last ride in Corner Canyon before the snow flies?

I remember those days when bikes had banana seats. I could wheelie that bike down the street around the corner and down another street.

Looks like the kevlar calf guard is covering up a gnarly scar, or atleast preventing another mishap.

    Re: Post your Biking photos

Yeah, I originally bought the calf guard to protect the stitches from my spring time wound and now it feels funny to ride without it. My sprocket wound was one of the worst I have seen, but since I received it I have discovered a lot of others have been bitten by the sprocket.

No pics, but re: the weather, I rode my road bike up Big Cottonwood Canyon twice last week, and hope to do it again today or tomorrow. I took the turn up toward Guardsman Pass, and it was clear to the end of winter maintenance (which is about 3/4 mile up from the turn, right where the big turnout/vista point with the vault toilet is). Never thought I'd still be riding up there in November!!

    Re: Post your Biking photos

What a great day to ride as the temp hit 70. I just wore bike shorts and a Jersey. Hard to believe we will have snow tomorrow. I'll miss my daily ride in the mountains.... good by good weather, I'll miss you.
