Sherwood Hills in Sardine Canyon
I dropped my wife off to go running (you go girl) and decided to take my boy to try out the short 5 mile loop at Sherwood Hills resort in Sardine Canyon.
The trail was mainly through thick greenery with the occasional meadow ride. Some of the trail was light double track, but when it was single track it was generally very tight and not too worn. There were also a lot of forks including misc old double track but it seemed to be clearly marked with arrows on posts.

Very cool. Fairly flat, or is there some climbing involved? I mountain biked in California this weekend; will have TR soon.
Just where is it I could find bear, beaver, and other critters worth cash money when skint?

Wow, I live near there and didn't even know it was there.
Do we have to pay something to use the trail?

Yes it's a $5 fee to park at the resort.
