    Sardine Peak Snowbasin

Had another GREAT ride last night on this trail, it's truly a hidden gem among the Ogden area trails as there are rarely any crowds. We started at the lower Snowbasin parking lot, headed past Maples up to the Ogden Overlook, then up around Sardine Peak.

I left the GoPro home because I've got a lot of videos of this trail and frankly I'm burnt out at the moment on video editing. It's so liberating to ride without filming.

But I decided to take my time and snap a lot of photos along the way. We also ran into my cousin and her husband up on the trail.

@ahansen60 was mentioning to us that he saw a bear on this trail last fall Although I would love to see one up there as well.

I sure hope I don't see a f'n bear up there, I ride too much by myself. I too saw your cousin up there (now I see the pics) I was just finishing as they were starting, great trail and great pics!

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

Judging by the pics, that looks like something easy enough for me to ride!

When/where? I lost track, is it on Tuesday? In that case, no because I'm working an evening shift.

This trail is already open? Where's all the snow? When are you riding this next? I want to come? Looks like a heckuva climb though.
It's not where you can be, but what you can see that takes you there . . . your destination.

I just finished riding this trail, first time on it. This is the kind of trail I love. Looking forward to coming up north again to ride this one again.
