Unleashing the power of Bogley

Hi all,

I'm from Magna, I like backpacking. Going ultralight this summer. Went to the Winds last August with my mom and sisters and ended up with a 60 lbs. pack. That, sealed the deal. My goal is a base weight of 15 lbs this summer, and I'm making all my own gear (tent, stove, clothing, etc). I'm going to hike the highline trail this summer July 19-24, anyone want to join me or give me a ride?

I'm also a fan of canyoneering. I've been a few times and I've got the basic gear (ropes, harnesses, webbing), but not to experienced heading out on my own. I'm open for invites.

I've got twin 1 year old boys and they'll be doing their first hike this weekend.

Big fan of the UofU outdoor rec program.

I think I finally signed up for Bogley because I've exhausted my social resources. Everyone I used to camp/hike with thinks I'm crazy. Maybe I'll meet some new people who willing to share the trail.
