north wash/lake Powell canyons
I wanted to do a canyoneering trip this summer with my friends near hog springs / Leprechaun canyon. I need to find a cheap campsite that has bathrooms for the outdoor noobs. I also need help finding an easy fun technical canyon close to a campsite. thanks for the help!

North Wash is not really the place to go canyoneering in summer, especially for noobs. Maybe Crescent Creek or Lower Maindenwater in the area. If you do go to North Wash, plan on early starts.
Places like Zion, Escalante or White Canyon incl. Black Hole (which isn't that far from North Wash) are better in summer. Hog Springs has bathrooms and I guess you can camp in that area. Hite too.
Obviously Zion has places to camp with bathrooms, as does the Escalante area and White Canyon has Natural Bridges.Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.
