Okay, so it's been three weeks since I've been running. I'm going to claim yardwork as my excuse and as my exercise substitute. Mostly flat - I wanted to be somewhat restful on Sunday. Of course, whoever owns that piece of property in the middle of my run requires me to detour a couple hundred vertical feet out of the way. But it was worth it. I now know how to connect the lower Pipeline Road and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail above. 3.5 miles, 762 vertical feet (including the return climb), 37 min 36 sec. Barely 70
