    Cedar Mesa Ruins

    Day hiked a couple of spots off the main drag on the Cedar Mesa. The second place I parked in the wrong spot but knew I could get into the canyon that way too. Good thing as several near by dirt mounds were full of pottery shards ( sherds??) Some posed and some just in the dirt, in the hundreds. Some of ya'll will know these sites by the pictures but my policy is to not reveal ruin locations even if visited by many. I just don't want to be the one who might spark the wrong person's interest.
