Silver Lake Flat up AF canyon Saturday morning with Scouts
Anyone been up there.
I am hoping that with rain and clouds today and hopefully clouds tonight the fish will be hungy Saturday morning.
I am planning on using my trusty gold and silver blue fox as well as cast masters but not sure boys can effectively work them.
Any advice on what to set the boys up with that would be most productive for 12 yr old scouts?
Thanks.

Sorry I missed this, not that I have anything to offer about SLF. Hopefully the Blue Fox did the trick. If not, there's always powerbait. For Scouts, that's all you can hope for, although a worm under a bubble is always a trusty standby. Hope you guys did well. Tell us about it!

It went great, I slaughtered them, but the boys spent most of the time fishing the air. I keep telling them the secret is to have a line in the water.
I was able to catch enough that all the boys got to real some fish in. I will be going back soon enough and will post pics from a proper outing.
